Managing the End of Tenancy

Handling the end of tenancy for landlords: At the end of a tenancy the agent will conduct a check-out of the property. This will include comparing a property with its original inventory for any damage or excessive cleaning that may be required for the return of the tenancy deposit. The agent will handle the deposit return in full or deduct for any damage caused by the tenant(s) and complete any dispute resolution through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme if required.
